The Harvard Shop strives for excellence in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange shipment.
